Day 9- Feeling motivated, I have lost 2 lbs since last saturday. This is how I want do lose weight, in a healthy way, not too fast. I have worked out 5 of 7 days!!! Very proud of myself. I'm finding myself excited for my next workout!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
