All coffee is about the same - unless other ingredients are added. This is just coffee from grounds isn’t it?

Give it 3-5 calories a cup if black.

Thank you. Im sure it’s ground coffee, however I do add a serve of cream with this. The espresso coffee bags come up as 0 Calories.
