It's my first weekend since I started watching my food! I have some really great boneless, skinless chicken breasts I'm gonna grill! YUM!
I think I 2 big-ish meals in a day might be pushing it at this point in my journey...only lost .4...but a loss is still a loss, so I am happy!
I started last Tuesday, so 4.6 week-to-date is not bad as far as I am concerned!
