My first week is done and I have lost 5 pounds. I am pretty happy with that! I have found that the last couple of days I have not eaten as much and my weightloss has slowed. I need to make sure I am getting those snacks in there...healthy ones!
I have also fallen in to a rut as to the timing of my larger calorie intakes...burritos for breakfast! I need to go back to shifting those calories around...it was working really well!
Overall a good week...I'm feeling good and most importantly I am still motivated!! WOOHOO!
I'm on my way!!
