Great day to make up for a not so great day yesterday....drank 3 glasses of vino yesterday and ate some sweets, ugh. Oh well another day.

Today i ran for 30 minutes, and did 30 minutes on the moving stair case, then walked the dog for 40 minutes. Cant seem to get much food into me so far today but will likely have a salad later.

Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.
