So far I'm still big; it's going to take time and a lot of self-control. Soon hitting the organic section of Sobeys and investing in Thin-sations snacks.

All I can say is welcome Caddie and I wish I knew what I know now waaay back then! There really was so little info back when I was in my 20's. The internet has really changed things so much. Go get it! <smiles>

Don't give up, you can make it Caddie. Think positive, take one day @ the time. Omit bad foods from your diet little by little. Keeping a journal really helps.

Add more veggies and fruit and get away from the cookies and quick to make foods.
