no exercise for this girl today. I am home sick from work, I feel rotten. Trying to not use that as an excuse to eat poorly though. We'll see how that goes since my favorite sick food is a quarter pounder from McDonalds.
It's about time for a weigh in too, I didn't think about when I wanted to do it, I guess I will just do it when I feel like it.
