Just came back from the cabin and just not happy with some pictures of me ... my niece will soon be walking and running and I want to be able to play with her as much as I can for as long as I can ... today is a whole new beginning for a better future :)

"today is a whole new beginning for a better future :)" That's how I look at everyday! It works way better to just give every day your best than to beat yourself up for eating things your shouldn't have the day before. I've lost 40+ lbs with that philosophy. Way to go! Stay positive.

Just remember that everyday brings a new beginning. Focus on the changes that you're making, no matter how seemingly insignificant. Those little changes are what will make you successful. Keep it up chica!
