On the edge of becoming 30 ... and still having problems with my weight. It has been doing roller-coaster for a while which mean I got a few sizes of clothes in my closet - many of which I can't fit in anymore. Even my doctor been telling me that I have to lose weight - considering my family background (heart and diabetes) ...

Well I decided that it's now the time to stop and take this seriously. I'm doing this for me !!!! But sure will need a lot of help :)
