So this is it. I am doing it this time. I am sick and tired of being fat and feeling like I am the fat girl. I am going to lose 42.5 pounds by summer time. I will say july 1st. I started atkins on Jan 1st so that gives me six months. I have to lose seven pounds every month to make this goal. I have my husband along on this diet with me so that makes it alot easier. I am having problems getting in all my water, some days I drink 30ish ounces some I drink 60 ounces. Today I am going to try harder to get in 60 ounces. This week my goal is to get 60 ounces of water in everyday. Come Monday I will up that goal to 70 ounces a day. I am also going to start working out every day again. I have a 3 and 4 mile work out video. I will start with the 3 mile this month and next month I will move up to the 4 mile. I am motivated. I am going to do this. I am going to buy a swim suit for this summer and that will be my motivation to work out. I want to fit this swim suit and look good not fat. I will track everything I eat and drink (aside from water). So now I am going to finish my coffee then work out. <3
