well I am happy,, yesterday I ate exactly what I should have... and going back to WW counte my points and came out right on target!!!
here I go today.. it is a new day and it is going to be good....

yes those are my daughters we went to the farm before thanksgiving and they let us each pick a pumpkin... they are 10 and 12 years old.

ok yay again I have to journal again, i have eaten within my points again today,,, a couple of the choices were not what I would have chosen, but it is family dinner night and everyone makes a dish,,, well my husband loves fried chicken, my son likes to bake.. so had to choose those so they wouldn't feel bad,,, but... I ate them in moderation and I am so proud of the fact I didn't over do it on brownies... just my portion and I have already walked more today than usual.. so forgive me for boasting a little bit :)
