Okay... here I am back on Fatsecret.com almost a year later trying to lose that same 20 pounds again. Everytime I fall off the wagon and eat a cookie and a bag of chips ...BAM! the weights back. MAN!.. its hard to keep weight off once you lose it, at least it is for me, unless I stick very closely to a strict eating plan all the time AND workout. Of course, living your life everyday doesnt always accommodate that type of commitment to diet. So the weight kinda creeps up if I leave one of those things undone. I remember reading an article a long time ago about your body's "happy weight." I think there is some validity to that concept, which basically says that your body has a set point for its weight and you can change it but your body will eventually go back to that weight because its "happy" at the weight. So I guess my body's "happy" when I weigh in the 170's somewhere, but my skinny jeans aren't! :-)
