I don't consider it cheating when I made the decision and plan to have a cheat treat for myself. However I feel bad enough about it now that I am taking my supposed rest day and going to go for a walk/run for 6-8 miles and just burn a few calories and stretch the muscles out gradually. Just as a side note- I am proud of everyone's journal entries relating to success and offering strong encouraging words to those who feel down or drab. Keep yourselves busy and try for all the small daily victories we can accomplish when we put our minds to it.
