Well up again, fell off a little bit and just feeling some kinda way.... I'm determined not to give up but I want to so bad. I just can't go into another summer with all this weight! (In more ways than one). Gotta figure out how to regroup and pull myself together.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
