Its time for my monday weigh in and my monthly measurement update!!!
Weight: still at 237. This is a good thing. I'm not gaining, but I think its time for my body to adjust to the new weight. Besides, I haven't been able to go to the gym.
Bust: 50 (7/31/2-13= 54)
Waist: 44.5 (54)
Hip: 52 (58)
Bicep: 16 (17)
Thigh: 26 (28)
All the numbers in parentheses are my starting numbers.Loving the new numbers!! I started taking my BMI, BMR/RMR in September. These numbers are looking really good too!!!
BMI: 39.4 (43.9) I checked on my heaviest weight of 302= 50.3!!

I love seeing a definite loss this way!! These numbers show lots more than the scale!! I hope everyone is having a good day today, and for everyone else dealing with this cold, keeping warm!! I think I just may go make myself some nice hot green tea with a little honey. That should keep me warm!!
