Well, decided to go fully primal after all. I know, it will be slower than Atkins, but it is not just about losing, it is also about feeling good. Atkins introduction was great incentive to keep going and prepare me for being 100% primal. My last attempt at primal did not go well, or so I thought. But when I had a peak at my food journal, I have noticed that I was not quite 100%, more like 70%-80%. No wonder it wasn't successful. The induction thought me lot about food and all. So here it goes. 100% or thereabouts :-)
