昨天一天效率很高。前晚读了一点CARE FOR SOUL,有点帮助。
事情做起来,自己的压力才会小。不然压力越来越大。
饮食方面,早晨吃了燕麦片半杯;中午煮意面;晚上丰盛一些,肉酱意面。全天应该控制在了1300卡以内。
运动主要是仰卧起坐180加上静止支撑, 跑步20分钟,可以跑起来SPEED 4,一个进步。结果晚上发现姨妈来了。 今天吃米饭。 还要去买瘦肉,包子没有怎么吃。
再说一遍,把运动坚持下去,把运动当作一种爱好。
