Day 3 was another great day and I followed 100%. Much to my surprise, I'm not finding that hard. I do look over at friends when they're eating something I'd love to have for lunch but had no problem resisting when FH and I got in late last night and he had a few slices of grilled chicken and spinach for dinner and I cooked myself chicken thighs. I couldn't believe it. It looked yummy but I was strangely fine with it.

I didn't work out yesterday. I had to leave work for an appointment mid-day and then had an appointment after work but will be back at it today.

Obviously 4lbs since Monday isn't all fat, likely very little of it is, but it's a good start, I think.

Food changes:

I continue to substitute the 1 C of cooked chickpeas or lentils with hummus. I substituted the 1 C of oatmeal with 1/2 C of All Bran cereal. For the sake of convenience, I have often switched some of the meal components. For example, if meal #3 says chicken and chickpeas and meal #4 says rice and vegetables, I will have raw veggies with hummus (at work) and have chicken and rice for meal #4 at dinner.

Hope everyone is having a great week. It's ALMOST Friday! YAY!
