So it's been awhile since i got on fatsecret, with the cold, the stress, and the holidays I've gained a lot of weight back i had lost almost 20 lbs ut gained about 10 of it back...christmas is this week so it'll will be hard to stay on track but i've started workign out every day again, and hoping to find somethign to give me that extra boost to get back on a strict diet and loose that weight before spring.!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
