Thanks for sharing! I was always one for extreme diets, only thinking short-term and never considering regain, thinking that I'd just be disciplined and eat nothing but leafy greens and lean meat for the rest of my life. My weight loss this time has been slow, as predicted, but I'm learning better how to keep it off.
