so.. had cheesecake yesterday,BUT i fit it into my final cal count and I froze the rest of the cake to save for a later date so I don't feel at all guilty about it. Got on the scale today and I'm down 3 lbs. I'm sure most of that is water weight but it feels good to see the scale moving in the right direction again.
