My new favorite thing is Brussels sprouts, I have been wrapping them with bacon, and pull them out and reheat when I want a snack !!!

That looks good. I've never had kippered herring.

I love California Girl brand of sardines in spicy tomato sauce or lemon and olive oil. Lots of great nutrition as well as being tasty.
