Just found out that I have to fast for 9-12 hours before getting my cholesterol/blood sugar tested on friday....Ive been eating a meal every three hours, every single day for the past 25 weeks...12 hours without food is going to be miserable. AND I still have to do a legs/shoulders workout that night...going to have to load up on food first thing in the morning and hope for the best...
