Today I am engaging in another effort to lose the ninety eight pounds, to achieve my goal weight of 130 pounds in approximately one year. Today I ate 10 cherry tomatoes, 8 tablespoons of white rice, and twelve tablespoons of mixed steam vegetables, 1 medium pork shop, later tonight the usual bowl of cereal and water. I wish that I knew if this meal amount to 1040 calories for the day.

i think this challenge is not only a good way to start but a good way to keeps us moving towards those goals that seem so far away. My goal weight is the same as yours. It seems like a long way to go but we can do it.

Thank you, sorry it took a long time to answer you. To update I decided to set small short term goal for myself, because 130 pounds seems so far away, and so unreachable. My short term goal was to weigh 200 pounds by October. I did reach my short term goal and now I set a second short term goal for myself of reaching 190 pounds by December 31, 2015. Wish me Luck!
