Having a much better day. In control. Got past the bakery isle at Safeway and didn't cave at Starbucks and go for a treat. Did my DVD workout...week 3 now and it is very amped up. Difficult but I can do it. I am so much stronger almost a year after I started this journey. I really have recorded my food and exercise almost every day for a year! It can be done. So when I think of myself as being a weak person I can say at least I have shown strength here.
