Have a lot of pretty much untrackable stuff due to thanksgiving, stuff other people cooked so won't be able to properly track until that's gone, will make a best guess but not knowing exactly what is in it isn't gonna help.

Also seems that even when I try to "gorge" myself, even without tracking for that day, I still stay lower in intake by habit. . .figures. . .

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 November 2013:

I would recomend with your holiday food to only eat what you can put on a saucer per 3 meals a day also make sure that you have 2 veggies on that plate with each meal.

The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving I was struggling to take in a mere 1000 calories, much of the time I was under even that, anything under 1200 is not healthy for anyone. I was starting to starve myself again. My hopes in trying to eat more at once is that it'll stretch the stomach out a bit again thus making me eat more afterwards so the whole full after a tiny bit stops happening. I'm dealing with a tricky beast right now and if I'm not careful I could easily end up weighing 120 again which, needless to say, is very unhealthy for a 6'1" guy. Just trying to find the balance, I need to lose weight again but I don't wanna go as far as I have in the past.
