Didn't record anything for a few days. Felt kind of guilty because I ate a few things that I really should not have and I didn't exercise enough. I broke with my routine. I know why and this is something that I do battle with often. However, this is the very longest I have gone without writing something in my food diary and workout diary in just under a year. I feel like I'm okay again.
