Ate lots for the Mother of all cheat days. Did not even log, but I will write it here. 2 plates of thanksgiving dinner included 4 slices from the Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, Stuffing, Greenbeans, cranbarries, a roll, and 2 glasses of skim Milk. For dessert I had, thruought the day, 2 pieces of Sweet Potato Pie, a piece of Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream, a peice of Chocolate Cream Pie. For good Measure I had Pretzels and Beer after the Football was over.

Usually I can eat 3 to 4 plates, so two plates seemes light. Thanksgiving comes once a year..... Nice Cheat day.
