I feel tired and fat..lol. I'm getting close to 38 years old I used to be a very fit, raced mountian bikes, snowboarded, hiked, camped. For 16 years I was a tile contractor doing very physical work.Changed careers and became a realtor (sitting on my butt)got married have two kids now, with work, the kids and very little time. The weight has slowing packed on. I'm 212 now and really want to get down to 180 to 185. In my 20's I was 175.I'm trying to be realistic for a guy nearing 40 I'll be very happy at 185. So I'm setting out to lose 30 pounds... wish me luck :)
