I know! It does seem to take forever at times! But you're doing great! You can do it! I think for alot of us food is such a big part of our lives that when we try to modify our eating we feel we are giving so much up that we should see a big drop quickly. But I'm finding for myself that I need to fill my life with other things and stop focusing on the number on the scale. I know it's going to happen but I'm just not very patient with it. I guess if we just do the work it will take care of itself. We just gotta keep the faith!

Hang in there! You are doing great! It feels like I have been at this forever! I am an extremely insulin resistant diabetic. Every day I feel stronger & healthier & Fat Secret helps me stay on track. We will eventually get there!

Sorry to see you back but glad you did. Maintenance is the hardest part for most people.

You are doing well! Regarding the heel pain - I was battling that for literally years. I started doing some yoga exercises that focused on balance. I did the exercises every single day (and continue to do them now!) and the pain lessened until I suddenly realized one day as I was walking that I had literally no pain at all! Seems the exercises that worked on ankle strength and flexibility were key.

Yep! Just keep looking forward!!! I had to fight on and off, I’m a stress eater. So my son with online school has been Very stressful and I bought sugarless gum on moments when I wanted to eat my husbands hostess ding dongs. I’m doing ok with eating Clean food and no junk on a normal day. 🙃

59Carol - Is there a website or something that details the yoga you did? I need some relief and probably do have weak muscles.

I bought a yoga CD from Amazon for around $20. Jane Adams Balance and Strength. There is a lot of easy to medium 'sessions' so pick where you are at. As you improve you can increase the difficulty by not using the chair as a prop. I have been using this CD for about 2 years. The improvement is not immediate. You have to stick with it. I do it daily for 20-30 minutes a day. I particularly liked the 31 min routine and the Tai Chi mobility one for around 20 min. I also use Scott Cole's Tai Chi for beginners - am and pm workout for some variety. I bought this CD and started using it about a year and a half ago.

You will get there - you’re doing well and you have the determination, all you really need is the patience, that is really the hard part in losing weight. 😐😁🌺
