Alhamdulillah, I lost 6lbs. I have not beem as active as I would like to be on here because I had to change some things up before truly holding myself accountable. I had to gradually reduced/change habits. My doctor visit on October 2nd had me shook about Blood Pressure, Pre-Diabetes and CKD Stage 1. It was a hard conversation but I needed to hear it. Things may not go back to being the same for awhile and I have to be able to adjust during Covid. Like so many I LOST MY JOB! Its hard adjusting to my new schedule and I am less active. However, I am not going to let these excuses stop me. So my next doctor visit ia November 2nd, and In Sha Allah, I plan to start my documented, strategic weight loss from tjat date. I decided to take this month to make thr adjustments, to get back to a regimen, find out what works and what doesn't.
Also, I just order my health fitness watch. In Sha Allah this will help me monitor some things.
