It's Friday!!! Yay!!!

Today's weigh in is the same as on monday, 245. That's a good thing, lol! I didn't gain, and I only got to the gym on monday, so that's to be expected. I'll be going this afternoon though! I really like going to this gym. I had belonged to another gym a while ago, that was quite a bit larger, and run by our local hospital. I just didn't really like it all that well. They had a membership policy that stated, you could pay $10 a day to work out, but after 4 visits, you had to join for a year. No less than that. And once you joined, if you missed going for more than a month of consecutive days, your membership terminated, and you had to pay the balance of the year you still had, if any. They had a nice lap pool, and a nice locker room, but that isn't everything.

I really like where I go now. You can pay per day, ($7) or 6 weeks for $90, or a year at $300. I think there is a 6 month one too. They have lots of options. It's smaller area wise, less machines, but to me more intimate. Everyone on staff are really friendly and helpful!! It's my new home away from home!! lol!! The pool isn't an Olympic size lap pool, but you can do some laps if you want. Its a nice size, great for exercising, and there is a hot tub, sauna, steam room and eucalyptus room all in the same pool area. You can tell I love this place, can't ya!!

I don't have any plans for this weekend, I guess I'll just kind of wing it!! lol! Have a wonderful Friday and a great fun weekend!!!
