Hello FS! Today has once again been a long one for me. It seems like all I do is rush rush rush anymore. I never managed to get in lunch today, but, I did get to go to my classes. I still have not had time to work out. I know if I want my weight loss going I need to exercise. I think I need to sit down and write out a schedule and plan in my workouts. That's the only way I can see me accomplishing that. I had a planned meal for tonight, but classes and paper work totally though me off, so I was just going to make a nice salad. Then my soon to be mother-in-law invited me and my bf to dinner. I ended up having Venison, fried potatoes, mac and cheese, and homemade white loaf bread....A little high on calories (complete meal was a little over 800 cals.) but still I'm not over my calorie limit for today. Partly because I skipped lunch. I did drink soda once again today 18oz, or 1 1/2 can. On the plus side I did drink 64 oz of water so far :). Hate to rush today's journal but since I have homework that needs to be done, I had better get to it. Also I have a Doctor's Appointment in the AM. Hopefully that will turn out good.
