Although I am a strong believer in rather making portions smaller than to restrict the things you eat normally, I noticed that you do take a lot of refined sugar and was wondering if that is good for you. People talk a lot about empty cals and unfortunately that is the sugary things. Protein is supose to make you feel fuller for longer- maybe some cheese on your bread? Still put on some syrup, but maybe halve and the rest of the cals cheese-just an idea.

i agree with carstens8 if i eat anything with lots of sugar i am hungry for the rest of the day and i always end up binging until i had some protein. protein is great to keep you full for longer. hope it helps nothing as shitty as being hungry all day

I Love peanut butter. peanut butter on my rye bread also keeps me full longer. i try to eat lots of protein, as it keeps you full and you dont crave stuff then. chicken breasts, fish/tuna, eggs.. etc. protein shakes also helps alot

i'm all for limited amounts of peanut butter lots of protein and it tastes good. maybe just check the sugar intake of the peanut butter sometimes they stack them full of it.
