Did well this weekend food and exercise wise. Wearing another pair of pants I could not wear at start of school year. Wish I could lose the tummy! Hate the fold of flab over the waist of all my clothes. How do some moms manage to get their flat tummy back? I don't need to have a bikini body, but would love to be able to tuck my shirts in again. I see progress everywhere in my bodybut not there! I find it quite embarrassing. Hopefully it will shrink when closer to goal weight. Pilates exercises help to strengthen my core,just not seeing the toning!
