Yum! And I have all the ingredients except zucchini! Do you start by making a fond?

Metamora, I just added the zucchini for extra vegetables, it isn't really part of the recipe. Start by making a roux with the butter and flour by stirring constantly over medium heat until peanut butter colored, then add veggies to stop the browning process.
