I have been AWOL. Went to Myrtle Beach the first week of September and came back several pounds heavier. Haven't gotten back into my workouts either. Rumor has it that I will be going to day shift whenever they hire my nightshift replacement. I was kinda waiting for that to happen before I kickstarted my journey again. I have decided that I would rather see how much weight I can lose before I get to dayshift than wait to start. I'm hoping that getting off of night shift helps with the fatigue that holds me back. Six years of it this time. Too much...too long. Ready for the daylight!
