Just a wild guess for the lunch entry. Actually, the food came from Barro's and they don't have nutritional info on their website. I ate 5 buffalo wings, and a salad with pepperoni and ranch dressing. Close enough, I guess.

Another wild guess for the dinner entry. I actually ordered a prime rib sandwich from a local joint, without the bread. I used all the accompanying horseradish sauce. There may have been a little cheese on it, too, but this is the best I can manage.
