Hi:
There's nothing wrong with eating something out of order once in a while, we are only humans. You have to be happy with and about yourself. Find something that motivates you and keep going.
I have a daughter in college, she's also 19 and had some weight to cut off. She has lost some weight and inches after implementing just a few things:
She has a genetic predisposition from her dad's side, to convert carbs into sugars = fat, so, bread which she loves, is the killer !!.
So, she drinks about 6-8 small glasse of water with a pich of non sweetened cranberry juice (cranwater), she has 1/2 cup of hot water with lemon before bkfast, added 2 almost daily eggs (myth on cholesterol), cutted off her intake of bread and bad carbs, and, added an almost daily excersise, plus a few supplements: GLA, evening primrose, flax seed oil as dressing for almost everything and chromium (to metabolize carbs better). (All of this from the fast flush). When eating, and in the cafeteria, no pork, and meat not bigger than the size and widht of her palm.
Hope that helps!!
She's down 2 sizes and went to a party and felt so good in the dancing floor!! She looks better.
Her motivation? Having those jeans all loose on her!! (2 sizes), so, I am getting her new ones so she can feel if they get to tight again.
Challenge?
Craving for chocolates when she's with her period.
