Well I finally dropped the six initial pounds that I gained just from walking and pre-challenge diet alteration. I don't know if the 151 weight was a bit of bloat or what but I do notice that my clothes fit better. I did oink out yesterday, but other than that I've been really good and sticking to my 1,500 calorie diet. Can't "weight" to see how the challenge improves my perspective and hoping that I'll make some new online friends in the process.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
