I have hypothyroidism and have not been doing well on my low calorie/low fat diet. I weighed in initially at 196lb and I am now at 187. I have been at 187 for the last 1 1/2 months. Therefore I am now changing my diet plan... I'm starting a low carb plan today. I will let you know how this goes.
