loss of 400 grams for the week. WOOP, WOOP.

1st loss in weeks....

7 days and i have lost 400 grams. not a big loss but better than a gain.

im pleased with myself. exercised 4 days outta 7 last week. had a good weekend away. i might have had a bigger loss if i had eaten better while away. but hey .... im 400 grams lighter !!!

well done you !

this weeks plan is exercise with kettle 3x and walking at 45 mins x 3 and 1 rest day.

today i have all foods ready for my 12 hour day. exercise planned to achieve.

i can do this, i can ....
