It's amazing how much you eat when you don't jot it down. I realize why my weight has been dormant for the last 6 months. Thank heaven for exercise. I just did a 3 day cleanse and am very ready to get serious to reach my goal. I am excited! I've lost 40 lbs and I can do 20 more!
