This week has been an excellent week for me. Myself and some friends are doing a fitness challenge sponsored by the local YMCA. I am the team leader. Lol. I have been working out an hour a day twice a day. It feels good to ne moving again. I am a little sore and looking forward to my test day tomorrow. My eating has been healthy and on schedule.
