41 year old wife and mother of 5. I am a full-time student whose 2 youngest children are 5 and 2yrs old. I am fairly healthy and knowledgeable about health and fitness. I need to lose this extra weight for it is too hard on my body. I have a difficult time with food and time management. I would like to hit my goal weight by March of next year for I will be leaving on my first international trip as I go to Ireland for 8 days. It is a walking your trip and I need to be lighter and healthier so I can enjoy the trip to the fullest. I NEED ACCOUNTABILITY.

One day down...
Thanks everyone. I hadn't gotten back to site for I couldn't remember how to get here. I have been working out well this week. Eating well and inspiring others to move also. Loving doing the right thing for me.

One day down...
Today I am finishing a day of pushing myself off the couch and on my treadmill and into my workout. I have eaten healthily and am full. I am tired and ready for the bed. Very Happy
