12:00lunch: work conference-had a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes, no dressing, small bad of cheetos and ice tea-catered by McAllisters
no midafternoon snack
6:pm dinner: chickfil a chicken nuggets, waffle fries and soda (daughter had a school concert from 7-830pm so I had to eat out-seemed the healthiest of options as far as restaraunts go in my area)
