What am I doing wrong? I started walking and eating healthier but still my weight does not want to drop. Its so annoying!

Geduld suster, it took months to put the weight on, so it will take a while to burn it away again. Keep it up and you will see results!

I also sometimes stand stil for weeks...... just stick to it, with exercise you build some muscle and thats also weight, try measure cm, you can usually see diff there.
