Lol burp! 😂 That means it was excellent 👌🏻 Looks so yummy. Is this also yogurt based?

Frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, stevia and optional protein powder. It’s mostly strawberries. I can also make it with milk. It’s just to get enough moisture to let the blender do its thing About 1/4 cup for these eight large strawberries.

Sounds amazing, Kat, thanks! Do you feel an aftertaste with stevia? I’ve tried it so many times and feel a strange aftertaste that I don’t like.

NN i use a specific brand, no fillers, and i don’t notice an aftertaste, but i also gave up most sweeteners awhile back and use very little.
