Recovering happily from a 10K walk by the ocean yesterday. Took a little less than 3 hours. Burned 1,072 calories and made my 3500 daily goal for the first time. Concerned it took so much to reach this daily goal and how to maintain level of daily activity. Nursing swollen ankle now.
