today is saturday thursday friday i put on four lbs eating out hoagies sweets candy didnt seem to care self destructive last time i worked out was thursday i have been tired achy hungry headache which is all the time lazy no interest in anything today is better at work not sure how long im staying up sunday workout today watching the food intake i seem to push it every day off thur the weekend it has to stop
